New features and other improvements #
Display collection preview cards in timelines #
Pachli 3.8.0 introduced support for showing notifications if your account is added to a collection.
Pachli 3.9.0 builds on that work, and shows preview cards for any collections referenced in a post.
In this screenshot the post links to two collections. The first is marked sensitive and – per the account’s preferences – is blurred by default. The user must tap through the warning to see the collection’s details.
The second collection is not sensitive, and includes the account viewing the collection, so the “Remove me” button is visible.
New accessibility actions have been added to allow users of assistive devices to navigate through any collection preview cards on a post and perform the different actions on them.
Work to support creating and managing collections within Pachli continues.
